and Regulations on Dealer Purchase
- For first
time Dealers, you must choose "Dealer" at registration for our
system to recongized your status. Furthermore, you must then email us at
services@universal-models.com
using the registered email address for activation of your account. Our iCSR
will email a notification to your registered email address as soon as your
account is ready to use. Please note you only need to do this once; your
status will maintain after the initial activation process.
- Refer to
the chart below ****, your order must consist of either
a minimum of 6X Dragon Action Figures (of same item) and / or a minimun
of 12X Dragon Action Figures Accessories (of same item) for you to receive
discounts on the grand total amount (exclude PP charges).
- E-coupons
and / or gift items not applicable to Dealers.
- There
is no limitation on quantity per person; you may order as many items as
you wish. However, for the convenience of packaging, you may wish to order
items with similar PP charges in the same order. I.e. Please fill out three
order forms if you wish to order 24 Brian Bishop, 12 Siegfried, and 24 Fire
Support Weapon Set (where Brian Bishop and Siegfried as one order, then
Fire Support Weapon Set as another order).*
- When
we've finished collecting the orders, these items will be sent out as soon
as possible.**
- We
are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

If you change your mind about your order, please email your change to services@universal-models.com
with the Subject "Your order no." within 24 hours after you placed your order
online, otherwise we may already started to process your order and unable to
alter any part of your order after this grace period.

Most selected items available at Cyber-Hobby.com (HK) is intended for oversea
market; Hong Kong customers are strongly recommended to purchase through HK
local shops if possible. Nevertheless, all customers decided to place order
at Cyber-Hobby.com (HK) should understand all parts of this document concerning
PP charges, when in doubts, it is advised to email to services@universal-models.com
for full understanding of all parts of the order procedures before placing an
order to avoid any miscommunication.
