Shipping & Returns

Shipping fees are calculated based on a number of factors including the weight of the items you are purchasing and the destination country/region. Customers can check the shipping fee in their shopping cart by choosing their relevant shipping location.

We offer competitive shipping rates to anywhere in the world by Hong Kong Post Airmail. Standard Shipping (International Post) delivery is 2-3 weeks after handling.

Cyber Hobby shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled, and it shall deal with any discrepancies in the following manner, provided they are reported within three days of delivery via e-mail at

a. If any Product proves to have been delivered in a damaged condition, omitted in the delivery, or if the wrong Product is delivered, Cyber Hobby shall either refund to the Customer the Price of that Product, or replace the Product. Customers must notify within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery.

b. If any Product that was not included in the Customer's order is delivered to the Customer by mistake, UML Hobby Online reserves the right to collect the wrong Product so delivered.

c. If the Customer has been charged for a Product that has not been delivered, Cyber Hobby shall refund to the Customer the Price of that Product as originally charged to the Customer.

d. If a Customer is charged more than the Price of a Product, Cyber Hobby shall refund to the Customer the difference.

e. Cyber Hobby will not refund or exchange goods or rectify discrepancies if notified more than 7 days after delivery.

Cyber Hobby's liability to any Product delivered is limited to refund or replacement specified above. All other remedies are excluded.

Refunds shall be credited, at Cyber Hobby discretion, to the Customer's credit card account as supplied in the registration form or in the form of PayPal account.

Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to the Customer in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.

6. Our customer representatives are able to help anyone who is experiencing problems with our products. If you have any particular inquiries or would like to request a replacement part, please send us your name, order number, order details and email us at 

7. Loss or damage during transit should be claimed directly via the logistic company (ie. UPS / Fedex / EMS etc.)
